The 2012 AAOS Annual Meeting is expected to draw over 29,000 attendees, who will experience the latest surgical techniques, view the newest products and innovations in the industry, and network with colleagues from around the world.
IGD’s housing services for international sponsors and convention delegates provides internationally-friendly group housing with all-inclusive travel packages as well as corporate travel support and optional ground transportation services.
Planning Tools
Thank you for your interest in booking rooms for the 2012 AAOS Annual Meeting.
In order to secure and manage your group room block, we kindly ask you to follow
these steps:
- • Register and login as a user. You will receive an activation link via the e-mail you`ve registered
- • Inside the Planning Tools section view desired hotel locations for your international groups by scrolling over the convenient Google map. Make sure to select your dates of stay and number of rooms needed and click on the BOOK NOW tab
- • Click on each hotel to see available details including rates, full descriptions and photos
- • Submit your 2012 AAOS International Groups Department Agreement. Be sure to fill out all the fields. This is your official contract. We will confirm successful receipt via e-mail
- • The Meetings and Conventions Manager will process your contract and return a countersigned copy
- • Upon confirmation, you will receive a unique Booking Number identifying your group
- • Payment for the deposit must be received within 15 days of the confirmation date
- • The Booking Number is needed to access the online rooming list available inside the Planning Tools section, which also contains many other helpful tools
- • Don`t forget to check out our optional services section which offers dining, ground transportation, tours and tickets for shows and events
